RETURN POLICY

 

You will have 5 days to be eligible for a return. In order to return any item(s) you must first submit a request to hanneluxx@gmail.com for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Your item(s) must be in the same condition you received it (tags, unworn, etc) in order to be eligible for a return. Once a detailed request has been submitted we will approve or deny your request. When approved, we will send you a detailed email with instructions on how to return the item(s). WARNING: we are not responsible for items sent back without a request. All customers are responsible for shipping fees.

  

Bodysuits and white items will be FINAL SALE due to hygiene purposes along with sale items, and discount code items.

 

ALL order will be inspected before shipping. If any item(s) is defective please contact us at hanneluxx@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your package. If you receive the wrong item(s) please contact us at hanneluxx@gmail.com as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
